Shipping
Every piece is made to order. Nothing is picked off a shelf, so an order goes into production after you buy it and is dispatched once it is finished. Our garments are made and dispatched from China, then carried to you by post or courier.
Rates
- Australia, standard: $11 AUD
- Australia, standard on orders of $100 AUD or more: free. The $100 is the value of the items in your cart, before shipping is added
- Australia, express: $15 AUD
- International: $20 AUD
The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout, before you pay, along with the total. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars.
Timeframes
An order has two stages: production, then transit. We do not publish a delivery estimate we cannot stand behind, so rather than quote a number, we will tell you where your order actually is if you ask.
Under the Australian Consumer Law we are required to supply your order within a reasonable time. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, email us and we will trace it and, if it cannot be delivered, refund or replace it.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after it is issued.
Delays
Production, customs and carrier networks can all add time, and some of that is outside our control. What is not outside our control is telling you about it. If your order is held up, email us with your order number and we will find out what has happened and tell you honestly.
Risk and responsibility
Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it is lost or damaged in transit, that is ours to resolve, not yours. Contact us and we will replace or refund it.
Delivery addresses
We can only ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately. We can change the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
International orders
Orders delivered outside Australia may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country. Those are set by that country and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order. We cannot calculate or pay them for you.
